Just need to express thanks

So to start off I need to give an update. Riley and I have not yet decided where we're going to school. He has an interview at U of U at the end of the month and if he gets in there it will be a hard decision between North Carolina and the U. If he doesn't we are definitely going to North Carolina because it's an awesome school and lots of friends have told us it's a great area to live in. We are moving out of our apartment at the end of the month and are staying with my parents until July and then we're off to school. I'm actually really excited to move back in with my parents...surprisingly. Mostly because I'm excited to have more video game playing time with Michelle and things like that. Also as most of you have heard my sister Laurie has been diagnosed with lymphoma and I will be flying back to Michigan to stay with her at the end of the month as well, so I have a busy few weeks ahead of me. This is mostly why I wanted to post to express my thanks for people who have been there for me through this hard time. Not only is Laurie my sister she is my best friend and this has been an insanely hard time for me. I have great friends and am so thankful for them. I went over to Brooke's house and she handed me a stack of magazines and told me she saved them for Laurie which doesn't seem like a big deal but I wanted to cry and I thought it was the coolest thing ever and Nichole and I have been having lunch every week just so I have someone to talk to. It has helped me so much to have them and since I'm such an insanely private person I wanted to just say how much I appreciate and love them. There's also been tons of other people who have gone out of their way for my family and we really appreciate it. It's so nice to know that there are people to turn to when times get tough. If you would like to be updated on Laurie's situation you can check their blog laurieandskyler.blogspot.com and one more thing I have to say is Laurie is the most amazing person I know. I talk to her everyday and she is always so positive it's crazy. I love her more than anything in the world! Thanks again friends I love you!
